Instruction Steps:
Antenna, cable, star finder, set top box, TV connection operation:
1. Connect one side of the star finder labeled "Satellite" to the high frequency head of the antenna,
connect the other side labeled "Receiver" to the Receiver, and turn on the Receiver and TV.
2. After the receiver is turned on, the voltage supplied by the receiver is 13-18V.
Check that the screen of the star finder is on, and the light on means that the star finder is working normally.
3. Set the data of the star to be received (including local oscillator frequency, downlink frequency, code rate, polarization, etc.)
in the receiver and turn on the signal strength and signal quality cursor state.
4. Counterclockwise adjust the knob on the side of the star finder to the maximum (otherwise the signal will always be 0%).
5. Adjust the azimuth Angle and elevation Angle of the antenna. When the LCD displays 99%, adjust the side knob to make the received signal attenuate part,
and then adjust the azimuth Angle, elevation Angle and the polarization Angle of LNB for several times until the signal no longer increases.
6. Judge whether the signal is the required star signal by combining with the satellite receiver.
If yes, remove the star finder and reconnect the receiver to the LNB. If the received signal is not the desired star signal, repeat the above process.

1. The star finder cannot identify the star signal that the user is looking for. Whenever there is a star signal input, the star finder will show a signal.
At this time, only the signal quality cursor input from the star receiver to find the star parameter can be confirmed.
2. Ku band can be directly connected, c-band star-tuning requires a power spliter or about 100 meters of cable
between the star finder and the high frequency head to attenuate the signal, otherwise the star finder will self-excitation and to the LCD display of the number can not drop down.
3. In between tall buildings or strong interference zone to the star, the star finder will also whistle from the LCD display numbers.
