    Tested works well, but the battery is old and does not hold a charge for long.
    if you use a satellite receiver or IRD in series with the meter then the battery is not needed, the meter is then powered by the IRD or receiver.
    I purchased it new and it has been well taken care of. Comes in the original carrying case. I also no longer have the power supply for it, but a generic 24V DC is all it takes for charging it. This meter is a heavy duty commercial grade meter. Not a cheap one I had a commercial communication company for over 30 years. If you enjoy playing around with older C and KU band systems these work really well.
