This was purchased at an estate sale. From what I understand this older gentleman had passed away and was retired from this 'All Star Techologies'. His family was selling off his belongings and he had a boat load of electronic equipment, meters, amps, etc., etc. I grabbed this and 2 other items is all I could get. People were swarming all over this stuff. Unfortunately I know nothing about this. This man's wife and 2 daughters were putting on the sale and they didn't seem to know any more than me about how it works, what it's for, or how u test it or anything. It comes as 'unit only', no accessories except the case and shoulder strap. All I can tell tell you is it is in very good cosmetic condition. I found out just enough to list it through research.
